Blair exhaled in relief as she stepped outside the hospital doors, the cool breeze brushing against her skin. Roman was beside her, his hand resting possessively on the small of her back, guiding her toward the waiting car. She was exhausted, her body still sore, but at least she was going home. It amazed her really that she was so tired. She had slept, but she was still tired. Roman helped her inside, making sure she was settled before joining her.
