By the kitchen counter sat 2 men, they were both eating cereal in silence. They looked at each other now and then, but quickly turned their gaze away. The walls were shaking and there was a loud thumping from upstairs. And I’ve been thinking lately, if I find my mate what will she think of what I did?” Madden raised an eyebrow, he seemed puzzled by that question? James huffed “She would learn that i disrespected a mate bond, so might she think I wouldn’t value our mate bond as well?” Madden just nodded at that, he didn’t seem to have words of comfort. After a little pause Madden leaned forward and leaned his elbows on the counter “I don’t know if she will doubt the bond between you, or doubt you. But I do know you will convince her by proving your worth.” James smiled at that “thank’s man!” Maddens face expression then got serious, “there something else, we never talked about .... that.” James had huge bulging eyes and his cheeks grew red, “Nope, do not want to talk about it.” Madden straightened up again and ran a hand through his hair, “well, we have to. It’s been eating at me.” James scoffed and leaned back, “alright, then go. We might as well get it over with.” Madden sighed, looked around the room a bit before he built the confidence to talk about it. “I didn’t throw up because a man did it, I got overwhelmed because it was... you know.... by a friend.” James face was now completely red and he mutter “yeah, so?” Madden huffed, looked down in his lap and took a long breath. “What I realized is that.... I support you anyway. “ He paused before he continued “you’re my friend, things doesn’t change just because of who you sleep with.” Madden blew out a breath he was holding then lifted his head. “Thank’s man, that really means a lot to me. But there’s more to it James.” James looked at him waiting for him to continue. “Ok, I’m just gonna say it. I like girls, I want to have s*x with them.
