It was my first time travelling so far. I had never left the pack before Dante and now I was even leaving the country. I was so excited, I felt like a teenage girl about to be invited to prom by the most beautiful guy of the school. Not that I ever went but I had seen movies.
We got out of the airport and the landscape in front of me was foreign, yet truly beautiful. We landed in Naples and a car was waiting for us to take us to the family house. The house was a few hours away from Naples so we had a long ride ahead of us. Dante seemed amused to see me look right and left but I could not help myself. The weather was excellent too even if we were slowly entering winter, it seemed that it meant nothing here. The sky was a pure blue with almost no clouds.
