Soren was having a good time; he got along well with Kasey, who, having found out where Soren worked, would often come over to talk about flowers, fauna, and the like, not that Soren minded. In fact, he found himself enjoying the time the duo spent together, as it was good fun and helped him improve his knowledge of things he needed to know for work.
