Agitated, Madeline paced back and forth in the capsule. Robert, their home robot, was manning the control panel. The interactive map on the monitor showed their progress to Sciphil Six residence. They would be there in no time. But it felt as if it had taken forever. She needed to use the gateway via Sciphil Six residence to go to iilos again to see Moira, Ciaran’s five-hundred-year-old ancestor.
Madeline smiled on the inside when she recalled Robert’s confusion when she explained to him that the i in iilos shouldn’t be capitalized. Moira didn’t give Madeline an explanation for the strange name, but she wagered that Moira had a sentimental reason for doing so. Because the robot wouldn’t understand the sentiment, she simply gave the instructions.
