CHAPTER 10: Not a sober anymore .

Robert rushed to search for Catherine after knowing her disorder around the hospital followed by his assistant. She was sitting alone on an extra room trying hard to recall what made her to wake up in hospital . While searching for her , Robert heard her cute voice from an empty room talking all by herself . He took a peek there and saw Catherine's confused face and Robert glared at her gasping bumping into each other " Mr leech! what a coincidence ! You're here? did your wound got worse? You look sick ." Asked Catherine excitedly surprised to meet him . Robert grabbed her and gave a tight hug worried for her and asking in his gentle calming voice "are you feeling better? you talk too much nonsense . And it's hard to find small people like you in a sweeping area ." Catherine was stunned Robert hugging her for the first time " how comes you know I was admitted here ?" asked Catherine in a confused tone . To her Surprise , Robert's smart assistant answered her plainly in a disappointed voice "how comes !? do you even know sir took you from home to hospital with major bleeding from his wound ? You should be dead by now if he haven't took a visit to your home . My sir is in pain ." blabbered his assistant . Robert smirked without any word still hugging Catherine but she was left surprised and got worried for him " how can you be so selfless ! you're wasting gallons of blood because of your rejection to care for your wound ! " yelled Catherine patting on his chest . Robert smiled grabbing her hand "you're concerned for me or trying to kill me ? And tell me who you're hiding from in this small room?" "Look at me ! I'm still in my nighty dress . I was embarrassed to walk around like this " frowned Catherine . "Doctor told me ' the patient is to sexy to handle' , so I corrected him "she's an alien" not a patient " joked Robert . Catherine got fussed "what can I expect from you ! " and walked away . Robert shouted "don't run back after getting embarrassed with your silky dress here " giggling . Cute Catherine was left with no option but to run back to Robert again "arghh! you! wait for me !" grinning her teeth Running like an infant . Robert couldn't help himself from giggling unable to shun her cute behavior despite of his pain from his bleeding shoulder "how cute! assistant , lend her your coat . Mine is wet with blood ."Robert ordered to his assistant . Catherine wore the coat and Robert dropped her till home . " Don't stress yourself too much because of your parents . and can you promise me not to be a sober anymore?." asked Robert to Catherine after reaching her gate . Shsmiled answering "okay, I promise !"shouted Catherine . "Good girl ! but only for today ." said Robert and drove off "hey! this guy ! he thinks I'm a monster ." Catherine blabbered and got inside her home with a light heart knowing at least Robert got her back in times of forlorn . Her parents was shocked to see her coming back home with night dress and an oversized coat "daughter! where have you been? " asked her mother . " Finally, you guys Concerned for me . But do you know that I have my own cellphone to receive a call only if you guys are concerned for me ? nothing surprising . I nearly died today and someone saved me .But what's the use of saying this to my invisible parents?. I'm off to bed ." Catherine answered them thuggish leaving her parents stunned . Meanwhile , Robert was in his room suffering with a major ache from his wounded shoulder . He took some painkillers and by himself to numb the pain .His grandma called him in the midst if his pain but unable to shun the call he received with a pretentious Cal tone "grandma! how have you been?" "Why haven't you contacted me today ? grandma was worried for you . Are you fine? eating healthy ? are works bothering you ?" His grandmother questioned multiple words in a minute leaving Robert to laugh loud . "Grandma.... I'm totally fine . I miss you everyday .Don't worry for your hero but you should take care of your health alright !?" Said Robert . They had a lively conversation and finally end up the call after half an hour of talks. Robert groaned in pain from his injury all alone the whole night . The next morning he got a news from his office about a threat from an unknown person for bankrupt. He slammed on his table due to uncountable stress and threats but brave Robert managed to stay calm and solve the riddle alone . While having his breakfast to set out for office , he got a call from an unknown person . After receiving the call ,smart Robert pressed on a record button to investigate . " Greetings to you young handsome , fearless wolf ! My mood today couldn't be lighter after a successful plan . Good luck with your company . Ha! Hahahaha! ' evil laughs from that unknown person . " You should practice how to laugh that way often . It sounds like you're trying to scare an infant . Thank you for calling me a 'fearless wolf' you're no less than a lifeless appendix .how weak !" Robert answered sarcastically and turned off the call. His maid bandaged his wound attentively and Robert planned to go on a mission hunt that night after office tracking the locations of the anonymous criminals all alone by packing up his stuffs .
