Olivia’s POV
It has been a while Charles has gone. I can see how Nate has been able to grow up to be such a great person, Charles never once talked like Nate was not his biological son. Nate, Daniel and Emma; who he called his little girl, Charles told me how he is so proud of children for what they are today. I really wish all the parents could be this supportive towards their children.
It has been a good few hours since Nate left his office; now the anxiety inside me was growing with each second. Charles was doing his best to assure me that everything will be fine but I could see even he was concerned. Well who would not be, when dealing with a ruthless mafia leader. I know that Nate is more than capable, but I can’t seem to avoid this gut feeling of something is going to happen.
