Chapter 7&8

Rebecca turned back and saw a car she would never forget behind her, it was so close to her that she would have been crushed. The person driving opened the door and stepped out and Becca couldn't help but stood agape. His perfect structure was just..... perfect!!

His blonde hair neatly organised, the school uniform looking so perfect on his body that he didn't even look like a student at all. His courteous and warm voice knocked Rebecca out of her amazement...

"I'm so sorry. I should have been more careful..."

"Huh... Emm.. wha.." she stuttered still trying to snap back to reality but her eyes were still roaming around his body..

"I mean I'm sorry.. I nearly hit you with my car.. Are you okay?.." Jayden asked feeling confused about the girl's reaction..

"Wait a minute!! Your car?? Is this your car?." Becca asked finally brought back to reality

"Yes it is and I apologize once again, but please try to watch where you're going. This is the main gate for cars to drive through. The pedestrian walkway is on the other side. Anything can ..." Jayden stopped speaking when he noticed that she wasn't listening to him, instead, she was scrutinizing his car.

She went to the side mirror and seemed like she was trying to figure out something..

While he was wondering what she was doing, some girls were waving at him and smiling while entering the school. He didn't even bother to look at them twice..

"This car looks very familiar, are you sure this is your car? Or did you borrow it?.." Rebecca asked and narrowed her eyes in a bid to scan him. Jayden couldn't help but find himself amused by her childish behavior.

Meanwhile, someone was happy and relieved that the car had a tinted windows else the girl would have recognized him and his brother would find out what really happened to the car.

He wished his brother wasn't around so he could teach the red haired girl a lesson she won't forget but he couldn't. He inwardly prayed that his brother doesn't say anything regarding him but part of him wondered what the girl was doing in his school..

"This is the exact car that... This is the exact car those two ill-mannered blondies drove last night. I remember vividly. That ill-mannered boy and rude girl used this car yesterday. But the side mirror looks okay to me..."

It then dawned on Jay that she was the girl Skyler was talking about, that broke his side mirror. But he had to play along to find out the truth..

"Two blondies? Can you explain more? I may know them.."

"I'm pretty sure you know them, y'all are "rich brats". You feel you can do whatever you want to others because they aren't rich like you..." Becca snapped and Jay was taken aback.

"And there's no need for you to sink inside your seat you I'll mannered blondie, I've seen you already! Why are you hiding if you're not scared of facing me? All this rich kids and their rude behaviors to people. Last night, it was that blondie that ruined my favorite jacket by splashing dirty water on me without even feeling sorry and now another blondie who doesn't know how to drink wants to run over me with the same car!!! Y'all should better learn manners!!!!.." she said and stormed off..

Jayden was taken aback. No one has ever dared to speak to him that way but this girl got some guts to do so. He didn't even know whether he should be angry with the girl or angry at his brother for making the girl despise him at first sight. There was something about this girl that seemed different to him other than her hair. But her hair and appearance really intrigued him as his curiosity got the better of him and he badly wanted to know if she's gonna be a student or not. But he had something to do first...

He got inside his car, properly drove in and parked at his usual spot..

"Jay, listen I know I didn't tell you everything but I..."

"I don't want to hear anything you have to say. You and Jennie won't stop behaving in an uncultured way right? I'm withholding your allowance for 3 months until you're ready to behave yourself..."

"Jayden!!!!..." Sky was so shocked. His punishment keeps adding up by the day. Jennie was so gonna pay for making him bear all this punishment alone.

Jayden picked his school bag and stepped out of the car, so did Skyler. The female students of the school started giggling and talking about them...

👥: Is it just me, or did Jayden get hotter during the holidays!!

👥: Are you kidding?? Look at Sky!!

👥: They are both so sexy

👥: I wish they turned up for the party last night. I badly wanted to ride Skyler

👥: I'm sure Jayden is so huge down there!

👥: Yeah.. I wish he would be mine. Someone like Jennifer doesn't deserve him!

Immediately Jayden heard the last statements, he turned to the direction of the jobless students and shot them a killër glare which made them shut their mouth in fear.

But just immediately, everyone heard a loud slap which turned heads..

"Repeat what you just said!!!" Jennifer yelled while Ruby her minion dragged the girl's hair. She slapped the girl who made the last statement and the whole compound became quiet.

The girl started shedding tears as her scalp and cheek stung at the same time.

"I'm sorry... Please leave me alone.." she begged.

"I don't want your fvcking apology!! I said repeat what you said!!" Jenny yelled again.

Skyler crossed his arms and watched the show with a smirk on his face.while Jayden stood deadpanned.

"Seems like you don't know that I rule this school huh?? Who do you think you are you bîtch!" Jenny pushed her and she fell on the floor bruising her elbow. She was about to hit her again when someone spoke up..

"That's enough Jennifer" Jayden said expressionlessly and left with his hands in his pocket.

✨ MEANWHILE ✨

"Do you know that you're late for your entrance exam young lady?.." the middle aged woman said sternly..

"I'm so sorry ma'am, I ...."

"Sorry won't help you right now. You are over 30 minutes late and you are applying for the scholarship entrance exam. You have some guts to be late young lady..."

Becca didn't say anything but just bent her head downwards apologetically...

"Direct her to her computer system Erin... You have just 45 minutes young lady..."

"Thank you so much ma'am.." Becca said and followed the guy directing her..

★★Exactly 45 minutes later★★

Rebecca was very glad she had clicked "submit" before the computer directed her to the home screen...

"Ma'am, I'm through..." She said and smiled at the woman who reprimanded her earlier. The lady couldn't help but smile back at the humble girl before her. If it were to be another student, she would have been rude to her, but this girl didn't even get annoyed..

"Yeah, I've seen it here. Come check your results.." the lady said and smiled. Rebecca was surprised as to how fast the results were out already. Well it's all thanks to technology. She nervously went to the laptop the woman was using and checked her results....

She let out a loud scream which attracted many eyes..

"I'm so... I'm so sorry.. thank you so much ma'am... I scored 96 out of 100 😊...."

"Congratulations dear... Welcome to Green-spring High, Erin would take you to the attendant who would help you try out your uniform. In the meantime, I'll print your results..."

"Thank you so much ma'am" Becca squealed and followed the Erin lady out of the reception office and was surprised to see all the students gathering at a particular place.

"Another bullying is going on.. Oh Gawwwdd🤦‍♀️" Erin shook her head at the scene.

"Bullying??" Becca exclaimed inwardly and went closer to the crowd. She saw a girl crying on the floor while another girl placed her foot on her white shirt.

She couldn't see the girl's face but that body structure looked familiar to her. She recognized a musky scent and saw that same guy earlier walking away with his hands in his pocket.

She didn't see Sky and he didn't see her either.

"How could he just walk away when a poor girl is being bullied?" Becca asked inwardly and twisted her face.

"Is this how students are being bullied around here?" She asked herself again.

Becca badly wanted to stand up for that girl and stop that blonde girl from bullying her but she remembered her Nana's words about her minding her business. She stopped herself and shifted back to Erin who was waiting for her while sighing at the scene.

"You're so lucky my Jay said I should pity you, else I would have made your entire life misèrable and next time you see Jennifer Walter, you shiver in fear!!" Jenny spat and kicked the girl's face one last time.

And immediately, Rebecca caught sight of her face and gasped...

"What!! Her??"
