Nina’s POV
Nina stood in front of the tall glass building. The sun hit the windows and made everything sparkle like diamonds. Her heart beat a little faster. This place looked expensive. Really expensive. Maybe this was her chance.
She pushed the heavy door open. Cool air rushed out and kissed her face. It smelled like fresh flowers and money. Her dirty shoes squeaked on the shiny white floor. She almost wanted to turn back, but her stomach growled again. No. She needed this.
