I could feel my scream tearing through me and bouncing off the trees. I was calling for anyone, anything to help. Time finally sped back up when something came barreling out of the top of the trees and plowed straight into the head on the Rattler. Its head ducked and I stood breaking my shackles apart in one swift movement. Rain began to pour out of nowhere as the wind picked up. None of us hesitated.
