I was still trying to wrap my head around what I had just done when I felt an arm wrapped around my shoulders.
I nearly jumped out of my skin, as my head whipped to the side to find Alex.
“Where is Luna Keira?” He asked in a sharp tone. “And what did you do to her?”
Shit. s**t. s**t.
Was Alex able to figure things out? Zie once mentioned that he was in love with Keira, and no one pays attention to details more than a person in love.

I smiled tightly and was about to stammer out the dumbest lie in history when a growl tore across the training field, the kind that made the hairs on my neck stand on end, and silenced the entire training field, even the breeze seemed to pause.
Everyone's head whipped in the direction of the growl which was unmistakably Jaxon
