EVA'S POV She had played me like a fiddle. Nothing was fine anymore. The calculated plan I had erected collapsed under her pretty foot. I was furious, more at myself than even her, because this had been my fault. I stomped back to my room, blaming myself for this fresh hell. If I hadn't taken that useless Amity's stupid advice, then I wouldn't be here. This was all on me, so it was left for me to set it right. When I reached the front door of my room, an idea burned bright in my mind. I wondered if it was going to work, though. Hector didn't trust me. But did it matter?
