51 Blake’s Confession
The group of three continued their journey, hoping to receive some respite from random enemy attacks. Nonetheless, Blake remained vigilant. While still attentive, Blake did allow his mind to wander a bit. He remembered that attackers had previously targeted the Ring of Cora he possessed. But this latest attack was a recognition that enemies were now also after the new book he was in possession of. Blake mused that it would only be a matter of time before someone would be after the pendent and the wand as well. Blake concluded that levels within the magic learning process must be responsible for bestowing random sticks with healing powers because although Blake’s was taken from the library, he had used a random stick once before to heal one of Princes Sophie’s servants. “A
