DENISE CARSON'S POV

"Am going out...for awhile Denise" Tracy told me as I tried entering my office....the hell I care...why was this lady always bugging. "You know you could just leave right?" I admitted finally getting tired of having her around. She shook her head and left. Seeing Melanie approach the stairs made me for some weird reason...smile maybe it was because of the wobbly way she climbed the stairs. Well that aside....I had people waiting for me in the office.

All twelve of my bouncers stood..facing my desk...as I arrived they all gave way. I didn't want to waste my time ..feeling almighty...I just had to get to the point. "Am aware that by now you...all know about the attempts on my life...and you all know that why your here is to protect and prevent any sh*t from happening.?" They nodded.

"Good cause if you mess up...all of you will be removed from your agency....am I clear on this?"

"Yes sir" they Chorused...and I waved at them to leave. Shortly after... There was a knock on the door. When I gave permission for the person to come in...I looked up and saw that it was Melanie...her hair was not packed up in a ponytail...she had left it again. It gave her this beauty that ..made me feel like I had this fetish love for long haired girls...as usual she dropped the coffee and tried to leave...why was she So forgetful....

"Miss Walters....ain't you forgetting something?"

She halted and turned abruptly rushing back to the coffee....it was funny cause she looked So cute.

I don't know if it was on impulse...but somehow I managed to move closer to her... standing at her back....I could tell she didn't know that I was there so accidentally she bumped the cup on me and spilled the Coffee on my shirt....Deja vu...

"Am Soo sorry sir...I..."I could see her frantically taking her face towel to clean it up....I just stared at her face...her eyes....her lips..the looked Soo small and cute.... Darn it Denise... she's a teenager...I felt like face slapping again. Realizing how awkward the moment was getting I held her hands.

"Its Okay...." They seemed small in my palms and I wanted it to linger longer...cause it's been long since I touched a hand like that... Treasure....I missed her Soo much...she was just like her...to an extent.

"Sir if there's anything else you need... please do tell me..." She lowered her head and left. Was it just me or was she.... acting weirdly different today....plus more respectful...huh? What was going on with her. I sighed and took up the cup...

My phone rang....it was Fabian...

"Any updates?"

"Its your sister's party today and you need updates"

I rolled my eyes...

"I eat boredom for breakfast...anger for lunch...and fraustration for dinner..."

He laughed "Is it that bad?"

" Stop messing with me, Fabian...any updates?"

I heard him sigh...

"Well Brogan is in town ..."

Touching my eyebrow....I gritted my tooth...."why does it have to be today...of all days?

Fabian..."
