●Avery's POV● I stared out the large window in my room, my mind on nothing but the nightmare I had last night. I just couldn't stop thinking about it. It scared me so much that I couldn't go back to sleep. I was afraid that anytime I closed my eyes, the scene would play again and what might happen next would be far worse than the one in my dream.
