“Well?” Hannah asked when there was a lull in customers. “How is it going?” Emily felt a tingle run from the tips of her fingers down to her toes. Her mouth was grinning so hard it nearly hurt. “Good.” “Good?” Hannah asked, eyeing Emily with a discerning gaze honed by having children. “Oh, sweetie, that is not the face of good.
