At the entrance of O’Hara’s main gate, four individuals stood off to the left side.
“Will they even show up?” Jogo muttered.
“Relax,” Israel replied. “Be more patient. I'm pretty sure they’ll come.
“Hi there, Israel—”
“Hah! There they are. Told you.
”Sil and Miles walk towards the group standing near the Settlement Gate.
“How are you both doing, Sil… and…”
Israel paused in mid-speech, trying to remember the name of Sil's partner
“Miles,” Sil added.
“Ahhh, right, Miles Israel said.
Took you guys a while but you made it. Since you've shown up, let me introduce you properly to my party members while walking back to the other at the gate.”Israel slung his arm over Sil’s shoulder and turned toward the others.
“Guys, this is Sil and Miles.
" The only female in the group with short black hair, and big melons stepped forward confidently.“Hi there I’m Amber — She stretched out her hand for a handshake.
“Nice to meet you both.
”Sil shook her hand politely.
Miles gave a casual wave.“And as for those two, the blonde is Luke and the shortie is Jogo.
Who are you calling Shortie snapped at Amber”
Amber continued. “You already know Israel — he’s the leader of our party.
“Nice getting to know you all,” Sil replied with a smile.
“Alright,” Israel said. “Let’s move.”The group exited the city gate and headed toward a large building just outside the settlement walls.
Guards stood at the entrance. Israel brought out his Hunter ID and showed it to the guard. After a quick inspection, the group was allowed inside.
“Sil, Miles,” Israel called.
“You two don’t have a personal Beast Mech yet, right?
So you're riding in pair with us. Sil, you’re with me. Miles, go with Luke.
”Beasts Mech were massive robotic machines with the Appearance like an animals, which uses beast's soul Crystal to operate.
They were created after the war by scientists for efficient transportation across vast territories and rough terrains.
Israel walked toward four beasts Mech. They were two-legged like birds with metallic silver beaks and long tails.
“You guys have personal beast mach!” Sil asked, impressed.
“Of course,” Jogo smirked. “We've been hunting for quite a while.
”They mounted their beast, Mech. Sil rode with Israel on his Beast Mech, while Miles rode with Luke.
They drove toward the direction of the south beast territory which was closest to the settlement.
riding on a stable wheater Terrain for an hour Ahead of them stretched a snowy forest, cold winds sweeping through the trees.
As they rode deeper in, Israel spoke.
“So, Sil. What’s your ability?
”Oh my ability is a taming ability.”
Israel blinked. “You tame animals?
And beast as well Sil added
I’ve heard of that ability, but I’ve never seen someone who possessed it.
See that you didn't have any beast or animal beside you at the traven and now means you don't have a tamed beast or animal”
“I haven’t used my taming ability yet on a beast but I've used it on small animals like cats which are regular animals and I can't use it in battle so I often use my ability on them to keep my edge,” Sil admitted.
You have to weaken a beast before you can tame it.
”Israel nodded. “Makes sense. Alright, it's a task then, how about we get weakened a beast for you to used ability during this hunt the moment Israel said those words.
”Their Beasts Mech slowed down as they reached a deeper section of the snowy forest.
“Alright. We stop here,” Israel said. “Everyone dismount their mech.
”and gathered in a clearing.
Israel sat down and pulled out a round device shaped like a disk with a square button in the center.

“This is D-Rank beast territory,” Israel explained. “Nothing we all can't handle.
Luke, keep your ability active for any beast nearby.
”Miles raised a hand. “How do you know the ranks of beast territories ?”
Luke answered as they all began walking.
“Beast territories are ranked using a measurement system connected to satellites around Earth and other planets — and even on Hollow Earth.
Beasts out and other planets are no joke.
”He continued, “The system was created by Dr. Gyato — the fastest scientist alive and the fourth Guild Master. He runs the Odin’s Guild.”
“And has a really cute daughter,” Luke added casually.
“Ah, you p*****t,” Jogo snapped at Luke with an irritated look. “Stop crushing on kids.”
“I wasn’t— just the she's really cute!”
They continued deeper into the forest.
“Israel, what’s your ability? Sil asked.“
Oh have told you what ability were.
Well, it’s—” Luke suddenly spoke out incoming. Everyone instantly readied themselves.
A massive boar-like beast burst from the trees, with long sharp tusks like blades curving upward.
The beast charged towards them.
Sil drew his sword—But before he could make any move, a glowing sphere flew past him hitting the beast.
BOOM.
When the dust cleared, the boar’s entire head was gone.
“really was that all necessary?” Luke said to Jogo.
“You destroyed the tusks! We could’ve sold those to the guild !”Jogo shrugged and walked over to the beast and extracted its soul crystal.
“That was a light bomb,” Israel explained to Sil.
“Jogo is a mage-type ability user he uses light energy to create and shoot light-based attacks.
Amber's ability is drain binding, she creates chains from areas she marks and once it binds a target,
She drains the energy from it and uses it on herself or shares it with anyone standing in the areas she's marked ”“
And Luke has a ” Sensory ability. That detect any thing Ten-meter radius from him, not a powerful ability but his skills with his dual blade are what make him an exceptional hunter” Israel smirked.
“And my ability is Explosive Touch— anything I touch would explode whenever I want.
”Found something,” Luke interrupted.
They approached a large half-frozen lake in the forest.
“I’m detecting a Beast beneath the water.
”“Amber brought out her now and fired five consecutive shoot to different direction around the lake sides,” Israel stepped forward and shot an arrow into the water. The lake erupted as an underwater bomb had detonated.
Water rained from the sky. Everyone stood ready for what was to come but a minute passed and nothing happened, Sil was about to put his sword back into its scabbard
That's when A giant crab claw crashed down.“You blow it all up Israel!” Amber said.
Suddenly A massive crab beast burst from the lake, one claw missing.
“You made it angry,” Jogo muttered.
Israel fired four explosive shots while retreating backwards to gain distance from the beast. We got a big boy to put to sleep Luke said, and dashed forward with his dual blades.
Jogo launched two light blasts, striking the crab and making it shriek and lose its footing.
Luke started slashing repeatedly, but the crab’s shell was incredibly tough. His blades struggled to penetrate it. The crab slammed into the ground. The icy terrain cracked violently and shook like an earthquake. Miles quickly grabbed chunks of earth Israel had touched earlier and fired them toward the beast. They exploded on impact—but weren’t powerful enough to break through its defense.
Sil joined Luke at the front, attacking rapidly to draw the beast's attention. Suddenly—The arrows Amber had fired earlier in different direction created a circle on the ground. The arrow turned into mist and Massive chains erupted from the ground, wrapping around the crab’s legs and body.
The beast roared, struggling as Israel and Miles unleashed a coordinated bombardment of explosions on it, Amber stood still, sweating. “I don't think I can move — it's really strong and I can't drain much from it, Amber held the Beast down
And she threw a shield that she was placed on her toward Luke. He caught it mid-run.
The crab broke free it's remaining claw from Amber chain bind and swung it toward Luke who was charging towards it . He didn’t stop. He charged straight at it. But the claw was knocked back by a blast of light from jogo sending the beast's claw backward
Luke ran around the leg of the beast and slammed the shield on its side sending the beast down.
Amber back me up luke called and in an instant luck body was covered with a green outline
He rushed again at the beast kept the shield on his back and pulled out his dual blade and started slashing at the beast even with the energy boost from Amber
Luke wasn't still able to penetrate the beast hard plated skin
The beast got back on its feet's and slammed its claw downward at Sil, who was about to s***h one of its six leg but Sil narrowly escaped it and was sent flying back to where Miles and Israel stood
The beast turns to luke run towards it
Luke saw the beast's massive claw swinging downward in his direction and quickly switched from his dual blades to the Shield
The claws slammed down and collided with the shield.
BOOOOOOM.
A shockwave erupted and blasted everyone backward.
The chains binding the beast broke. Snow and ice exploded into the air, forming a massive crater.
“LUKE!” Israel shouted. When the snow settled—Luke stood in the center of the crater, shield raised above his head.
Then Israel heard a sharp, furious screech. Coming from the Beast the thick armor on its body cracked and black liquid spewed out of the c***k part— it was still alive even after suffering its own attack the shield reflected to it
Its claw slammed into the ground with a thunderous c***k, sending shards of ice flying in every direction. The beast stood back but barely
“Everyone spread out!” Israel shouted and ran towards Luke who was still standing in the crater, heavily wounded from the pressure of the beast attack
