°Good morning class, it’s been two weeks since the last announcement meaning we have A week and three days left for our outing. I hope everyone has prepared everything needed, although the school would provide the essentials° Class began with Cox still in a daze like he has been for the past two weeks that he fight happened. Cox was currently a shell of himself, he has become worse he doesn’t talk anymore, when they taunt him he turns a deaf ear towards them. He doesn’t eat, he doesn’t look at his surroundings anymore, he has no idea that all of his bullies have stopped with the bullies. He didn’t even know his father was attacked by a beast last week. Cox wasn’t present any more he was in an entirely different world. The day he was attacked and getting treated by his Auntie was when everything started. Cox was in a dream-like state and it wasn’t a nice place at first. All Cox saw was darkness, it was like an infinity of darkness with no entry or exit. °Hello! Can anyone hear me? Is anyone here! ° No reply he thought, of course, he was expecting no response but he wanted to make sure. He walked deeper into the unknown not having any sense of direction he just kept walking straight. Getting to a point he began to make out light, the light was so bright it gave him hope that probably he would finally meet someone at least he won’t be stuck in the dark anymore. Picking up his pace, he got to the light suddenly the scene changed placing him in a white room in the white room, they were twelve high chairs, these chairs were like thrones, to get to the chairs you would have to place your thumb on the doors, the doors had a small hole at the center that’s where the thumb is placed to open the door. When the door opens, a plastic tube could be seen like an elevator it would open and the moment the person steps in, a bright light would shine hitting the person and transporting the person to the high chair. Each chair has this machine. Except one. This seat wasn’t a chair but rather a tree which stood in the middle of the room, it was pure white the branches had black leaves falling from it, it stood very tall with two of its branches standing like bull horns. It was magnificent! Eleven seats were filled apart from the twelfth and thirteenth seat. The twelve seats belong to none other than Elder Parker. The thirteenth seat has been empty for decades and no one knows when it would be occupied again. A meeting was being conducted by the eleven elders but all of their chatter stopped the moment Cox landed in the room. It wasn’t normal for people to land into the room without being appointed by the gods or without the elders seeing q vision of the person. The shock couldn’t begin to explain their reactions. This place could not be accessed by anyone except you’ve completed all of the tests, adventures, and missions they all had done. They didn’t understand how Cox got here and neither could he. When Cox raised his head towards the elders, he bowed his head out of reflex and respect. The action was unexpected from him, they didn’t know why such a child was sent to their castle. The doors opening moved all of their attention towards the doors. Walking in was Elder Parker, the twelfth leader. Stepping in she paused turning her gaze towards Cox She smiled walking towards him. Cox was panicking about to pee his pants when he felt her hands on his shoulder. °Stop Shaking° she commanded. His shaking stopped immediately he felt a change in him that made him feel equal to everyone but he knew he wasn’t equal to these people, he was a mere child. Staring into his eyes she spoke ° I’ve been wanting to meet you, my son has spoken a lot about you, although I know he knows so little about you he has taken a fondness in you. I also thank you for protecting him when you knew nothing about him, I’ll be forever grateful. ° ° I know you have questions and you’re confused and I can’t begin to explain anything to you yet, it isn’t time and you’re not meant to have known this place at such a time. But I know there’s a reason for everything and it’s only one person I know who has been here at the same time as you but he isn’t here. ° ° There’s only one request I can grant for you and that is to meet my son and strengthen your friendship. It is the only thing I could give to you. ° °You’re not ready for what happens here.° Placing her palms against his head casting a spell he was then thrown into another space this space wasn’t white or black it was outside a house with a beautiful garden out front, all around the walls outside was filled with beautiful plants crawling along the walls. Walking forward towards the door he could hear footsteps running and before he could open the door it opened revealing a tear-stained-faced Bill. Seeing Cox he ran towards him as his life depended on it jumping on him, arms wrapping around his neck, legs wrapped around his waist. Cox stumbled a bit from the force before hugging him back. That was when Cox felt pain in his chest, the pain wasn’t pained from injuries but it felt like longing it came just for a brief moment before it disappeared and his heartfelt lighter. °What’s wrong? Why are you crying? ° ° I don’t know I just missed you so much it hurts! ° °Stop crying, it makes me sad° ° I’m sorry I just can’t control it. ° ° you know for a moment I thought you were hurt that someone was inside torturing you. ° ° I’m so sorry I didn’t know I just missed you and I don’t have an explanation for this reaction of mine. ° Bill replied giggling °it’s fine as long as you’re perfectly fine that’s fine° Some moments later they sat down chatting about nothing and everything getting to know each other. They became best of friends within the two weeks they were both in a daze. Not knowing two weeks had gone by they were both in their world without any of their demons present. They were at peace in each other’s embrace.
