Drey Walked briskly in the woods and sometimes, he had broken into a sprint and sometimes, he would jog.
He clutched on his bag tightly while his shirt had dropped of blood stains.
Soon, a big cottage appeared in his view and several other smaller cottages spread all around.
He entered the big cottage and quickly pulled out his bloodstained cloth and piled them in his bag, he walked in naked to the bathroom and washed himself clean.
He came out with a white towel strapped around his waist and he put on a black fitted turtle neck shirt and a black trouser.
He headed out but not before reaching out to a silver sword laying beside his big bag.
He placed the sword in its sheath and strapped in it on his back.
He exited the cottage and followed a desolate path with dried grasses that served as a trail towards the ocean.
After several walking, he finally came out open into beach, the roar of the raging ocean embraced him.
Not far from the beast, he sighted those he had come looking for, The moonlight Hunters.
All dressed in blue Ninja outfit while they swung their sword in unison while their legs moved in the same pattern, all following the command of their leader, the old white bearded man, Herald Lake.
"Rolling kick and twin dagger attack!" Herald yelled at the ninjas and in one movement, They jumped high and slimmed in mid air, their sword, not just any regular sword, the sword emitted blue flames on them.
The twirled their swords in mid air and they brought it down to the ground and the ground cracked.
"Who can tell me the code 9 of the Katanga law!" Herald asked loudly and the Ninjas remained blank at a spot, no one unable to answer.
"No moonlight hunter should sell his brother or make any thought of betrayal, else, if he deems fit, The vengeance of Mera shall not the far from his household!" Drey answered from behind and he slowly made his way towards the moonlight army.
"Code 12?" Herald asked again.
"We might not have the speed and the strength to stop the dark creatures but we possess a weapon that could destroy them... The Flaming sword!" Drey replied again.
Herald frowned and he moved towards the army while he caressed his white beards like he was in deep thought.
"Marris! Drey!" He called, A well built guy with the flaming sword in his hand stepped forward and bowed before Herald.
Drey stepped forward also and made a slight bow to Herald.
The army disorganized themselves and they slowly formed a wide circle, leaving Marris and Drey in the middle while Herald stood a few feet from them.
"This is the time to put all your years of training into action, imagine your opponent likes he's a Werewolf or a vampire, fight to kill but don't kill! This fight determines how you would last against the dark creatures!" Heral spoke.
"Yes sire" Both men choruses and the stood up, both stood some few feet apart.
Marris was huge with his flaming sword which made him look formidable, on the other hand, Drey stood boldingly before Marris, he slowly unsheated his silver sword and it glistened in the hot sun.
"Spar!" Herald ordered and he moved back.
Marris and Drey slowly encircled each other, none making the attempt to attack.
Marris twirled his flaming blue sword fast and lept at Drey...
Drey sidestepped and slashed Marris on his tight but the latter swiftly rolled back and held his flaming sword tightly against his chest.
He slowly stalked Drey, Drey ran towards him and just a moment before he could get to Marris, He did a high front flip and lashed his silver sword on Marris back.
Marris swiftly turned and blocked the attack by raising the flaming sword guardingly above his head.
Drey smirked in midair and tossed the silver sword to his right hand and with slashed Marris arm with it.
Marris yelled in pains but Drey didn't give him the chance to regain his stance and he did a rolling kick, the moment he landed and in air, he did the twin dagger attack.
He brought the down for Marris' head.
The army opened their mouths in utmost surprise, they watched as Drey brought the sword down for Marris head and as the sword almost came in contact, he stopped.
Massive air waves emmited from the sword and it pushed Marris away and the ground splitted open while the ocean raged angrily.
Herald's jaw dropped.
"This training is over for today!" Herald yelled out and the moonlight hunters slowly moved out, they still couldn't get over what they witnessed earlier.
"What's wrong?" Drey asked as he noticed Herald wasn't looking away from him.
"That's move... The Rolling kick and the twin dagger blade... Who taught you?" Herald asked, still in surprise.
"Well, earlier, I saw you guys doing it once and I did it against Marris" Drey replied.
Herald paused and his unwavering eyes faltered and he let out a huge sigh.
"Okay... You can go" He replied and Drey sheated his silver sword back and jogged off back to his home.
Herald Rake faced the raging ocean and stared at it, his eyes dilated to blue and turned normal immediately.
The raging ocean calmed instantly.
"That move... It took me a year to learn it but that kid, just by a glance, he perfected the move even more perfect than mine, something only an extremely skilled moonlight hunter can do." He muttered.
¶¶Redlake Clan¶¶
Kyle moved past the silent hall as his three personal guards, all with pale skin followed him towards his chamber.
A dark aura crept into the hall which made them stop on their tracks.
A huge bat flew into hall and perched its huge body before Kyle and it transformed into a man.
"Lord Kyle" The man greeted and bowed.
"Solomon Moon" Kyle replied.
"I bore you news my lord, a bad one!" Solomon Moon stuttered while he never stood up from his 'Bow' position.
"Speak!" Kyle ordered, clearly impatient.
"Seven bodies were found near our coast and it belonged to our men" Solomon started.
"Bodies? Who killed them?" Kyle asked in surprise.
No supernatural had dared invade his territory unless they wanna invoke the wrath of the bat lord.
"We don't know sire but there were claw marks on their bodies and the only creatures who we suspect would do that are the..." Solomon was cut short by one of the guards of Kyle, the female of the three, Tess.
"Only the dogs could do this!" Tess said.
"How?" Theo asked, one of the two male guards.
"Who else would it be... We went to Sherlock Academy earlier and we caused a spark, That Alpha must have sent his beta to do this!" Tess explained.
Kyle's eyes took a shade of black and his veins darkened.
"They want war and I will gladly give it to them!" Kyle said and thunder clapped and the sky rumbled, two giant wings sprouted from his back and he flew away.
"You are too quick to judge.. Tess!" Tee snapped as he roughly jerked Tess towards him.
"Just shut up Tee... You have become too soft for those damn dogs!" Tess retorted as she Inhumanely released herself from Tee's grip.
"Maybe you guys should just let this play out and watch what comes off the war" Theo, the third of the two said with a sly smile.
¶¶Silver Moon Territory ¶¶
Alpha Thawne together with Beta Wilfred and a host of wolves stood guardingly in the woods as Alpha Thawne inspected the three dead bodies in his territory.
"Those demons! Now they have started killing my pack!" Alpha Thawne growled.
"Thawne, let's not make conclusions, there's a surviving wolf that had been taken to the healer... He would tell us what happened and moreover, those bloodsuckers don't leave anyone alive" Wilson replied.
"I don't want to know! There's bite marks on them, that can only be done by those bitches! They called for war and I must give them one!" Alpha Wilson roared and his eyes took a shade of flaming red.
His Alpha dominated the area and all the wolves fell on their knees.
"Yes Alpha" Wilson responded.
