Chapter 5: Forbidden Risk

688 Words
I shoved Ryker hard in the chest. "Get off me right now! Damien is right around the corner!" Ryker grabbed my wrists and pinned them above my head against the wall. His eyes burned. "You push me away but your body is begging for more, little dove." His free hand slid under my robe and cupped between my legs. I gasped as his fingers stroked me fast and rough. "Ryker... stop," I whispered, but my hips rocked against his hand. "Stop?" He smirked, eyes dark. "Your p***y is so wet for me. You want this even with your husband right there." The risk made my heart race. Damien was only steps away. I bit my lip hard as Ryker pushed two fingers inside me, moving them faster. Pleasure shot through me. "Oh god," I moaned softly. My legs shook. "Ryker... we can't... this is crazy." "Say you are mine," he growled in my ear. He bit my neck, right on the mark from our wedding night. "Say it while I f**k you with my fingers. Say it, Serena." I could not fight it. My body gave in. I rode his hand, chasing the high. The danger of getting caught made it even more intense. Ryker kissed me hard, swallowing my moans. His tongue claimed my mouth while his fingers drove deeper. "That’s it," he whispered. "Ride my hand like you rode my c**k last night. Just like that. Good girl." I was so close. Right on the edge. Suddenly I twisted away with all my strength. "Enough! Stop! I mean it!" Ryker pulled back, breathing heavy. He licked his fingers slowly, eyes locked on mine. "You taste like sin, Serena. So sweet. So guilty." Guilt slammed into me. My hands shook as I fixed my robe. Tears burned my eyes. "This has to stop. You tricked me on our wedding night. Do you even understand what you have done? The entire pack alliance could fall apart because of this!" Ryker ran a hand through his hair. "I know. If this comes out, the alliance breaks. Shadowfang would attack while we are weak. I understand the risk." "Then why?" I asked, voice cracking. "Why destroy everything just to sleep with me?" He stepped closer. His touch on my arm turned gentle. His voice dropped. "Because I have wanted you for months. Not as Damien’s wife. Not as Luna. Just you. The girl who carries the weight of the world. I wanted to make you feel alive. Even if it was only one night. I could not let him have you first." His words hit deep. For a moment he looked almost vulnerable. I saw a quick flash this same bad boy on his knees, soft and completely whipped for me, calling me his everything with gentle eyes. The image made my chest ache. Footsteps came down the hall. Lena appeared. She stopped and stared. "Elara, what is going on?" Lena asked. Her eyes moved from my flushed face to Ryker. "You look really strange. Your cheeks are bright red. And why are you back here with him?" "Nothing," I said quickly. "Ryker was just helping me find something." Lena raised an eyebrow. She did not believe me. "Helping you find something? Okay... Damien is calling for you. He wants to talk about the pack dinner tonight. He seems worried." "Thanks," I muttered. My face still felt hot. My legs were still weak. Lena gave me a long worried look. "You would tell me if something was wrong, right?" "Of course," I lied. She walked away, but I knew she would ask harder questions later. Ryker leaned in one last time. His breath brushed my ear. "This is not over. You belong to me. Your body already knows it." "Serena?" Damien’s voice called from the living room, much closer now. "Honey, where are you? Come here for a second." I stood frozen in the hallway, face flushed, heart pounding, and Ryker’s scent all over my skin. My body still throbbed from his touch. My thighs felt wet. I was terrif ied Damien would notice everything the moment he saw me.
