CHAPTER 69
CORINNE
After days and weeks, I get to stepped inside our home once again.
I immediately noticed the stale smell of alcohol and cigarettes around. As soon as I entered the house, the bottles of different types of wine appeared in front of me. I talked to Diesel and asked about Blaze's condition, he said that Blaze is fine and getting busy with their upcoming football match before graduation. When I walked deeper and deeper into our house, I immediately noticed the condoms and condom wraps scattered around, my legs felt soft and I wanted to throw up. I leaned on the kitchen island when Hannah came out coming from our bedroom. I can only see red and black colors and I want to kill her right inside my house.
My feet worked quickly as I approached her when she smirked at me as if I was teasing me, as if she wanted me to catch her and my husband together. I slapped her very hard with all my might, that I gave almost all my strength to the impact of my slap on her. I forgot what we shared together when she decides to cross the line. Yes, she was Blaze's girlfriend before we got married, but I am the legal wife in the eyes of God and in the eyes of the law. And she is just the mistress.
She looks off guard, she must be thinking that I will still let her pushed me, bullying me.
“How dare you?!” she lunges towards me when I punch her straight in her face that made her nose bleed.
Her screams and shrieks can be heard all over the house.
This time, it is my turn to smirk at her “Deserved. You f*****g deserve it, you b***h!”
She was about to take another hit when Blaze cake out of our room “Stop it!”
He cast his gaze solely on me. I didn’t see much emotions on him, but he looks thin and his eye bags were a little bit dark like he couldn’t sleep well on the night.
“I wanted you f*****g gone of my sight and out of my house.” I told Hannah when I didn’t leave my eyes on Blaze.
"Who are you to order me around and you think I'm going to listen to you?" Hannah replied defiantly, still holding her bleeding nose.
“You should, if you are smart, you will listen to me, mistress.” I looked at her, her face reds in madness.
“f**k you, we both know who should leave this house."
“Off course I know, and it is you. If your face is too thick and you don't want to leave my house, I am sure Havoc knows how to do it for me. Right, Darling?" I called my husband and he just smirked.
“Blaze, says something.”
“I can’t say something against my Father, baby.”
Baby. f*****g baby.
I walked on the ladder and walk up as if nothing had happened.
When I am inside the comfort of our bedroom, I close the door, cry a few tears and get back up again.
If this is going to be a battlefield, I will f*****g survive this b***h.
I fixed my clothes and decided that I will let all my clothes get laundries, I don’t know what the b***h wears on it.
“I didn’t let her touch any of it.” Blaze chimed in.
“You do? Glad you still have the decency to stop your mistress to pranced around my house while I am away.” I snap.
“Why did you come back?”
“I told you I am going to come back.” I shrug.
“I am asking why?”
I stop and looked at him, leaning on the doorframe of my walk-in closet. “Because you are my husband.”
He scoffed, insultingly “We both know what we need with each other, Darling.”
“I didn’t need anything from you, Blaze. I came back because I love you, get that?”
He smirks “I don’t believe you.” He was going out of the closet when I stop him.
“Why is it so hard for you to believe that I love you, huh?”
“I don’t have to answer that.” He was starting to walk away when I smack him on his back.
“I deserve a f*****g answer you asshole! For bringing another woman into our home, having s*x with her into our home. How am I supposed to live here? If all I can see is your f*****g d**k shoving inside her filthy p***y anywhere inside this house!” I screamed.
“Then you shouldn’t come back—” he wasn’t looking at me.
I took a deep breath “You want me gone?”
“I don’t want you here.”
“Same thing.”
He looks at me “That’s a very different thing.”
“I had enough of your cryptic words Blaze. Answer me—” my voice breaks. “why is it so hard for you to believe that I love you?”
His eyes suddenly went dark and soft “It will be easier for all of us if I didn’t believe you, Corinne. I can do everything easier when I convince myself that you're not telling the truth."
Another cryptic words that he didn’t even answered my question.
“And how you even dare to ask me of something that you didn’t even gave me the first place.”
“What do you mean?” I pressed.
“You didn’t answer me when I asked you why you didn’t tell me about Diesel. It is about my life. And yet you didn’t tell me, why?”
“Because I don’t want to cause the death of another person’s life.”
“If you really love me, it will be that simple to tell me, right?” he just nods and was going to leave again.
“You can’t just leave whenever you want, I am your wife and I just came back.”
“Really? As if you didn’t just leave when you want two weeks ago, right?”
“Blaze I had to, you know I had to.”
“You think I will hurt you?” he asked.
I shake my head “No, you won’t.”
“But I am so close to hitting you that night, Corinne. I wanted you to feel the pain you just caused me.”
“You said you didn’t love me; how come you’re hurting because of me?” I pressed, trying to get some answer and emotions from him.
“Who says that I said I don’t love you?” His eyes look sad?
I froze as I was watching him closing the door behind him.
