THE PATHETIC STATE OF THE CHURCH The situation of our present-day church is pathetic and the only solution to reignite the passion of our fervency and zeal in knowledge to take up our real mandate is to leave the world and travel into the desert where our devotion will be channelled toward worshipping God alone, having no desire to love the things of this world. The church has now been dragged into fears and panic because, in our hearts, love is not being made perfect (1 John 4: 18). The love of the world is the major problem of the church. I grew up as a young believer in Christ Jesus who has no religious form of Christian foundation, and I got to find out that we Christians have a kind of mindset that I seem not to agree with.
