“Dislike is a necessary survival mechanism-”
I twirl the pen in circles while I stare at the psychology professor’s lecture.
“The mind-body connection is particularly interesting as we are still determining how it wholly works, but we do have some theories. In order to grasp the concept of dislike, we must start by attempting to understand...fear.”
My pen stops, and I glance at the clock.
