I stood helplessly watching as Patricia packed up her belongings into boxes and suitcases. I did not want her to go. If only I had been the one to kill Alpha Bertrand then she would not be leaving.
I don't know how I am going to get over not having her next to me everyday. My wolf is devastated. He has receded into the corner of my mind to whimper and whine. A part of me wished I could do the same.
I want to ask her not to go, yet I know I cannot. I make her promise to FaceTime with me everyday. I asked Damon to keep tabs on her for me and let me know if she gets overwhelmed at any point.
