Nolan POV The night air hits me as I step outside the club, cold and sobering. I should feel guilty, I should call Jasper and tell him to forget the whole thing. But I don't. Instead, I head to my car and drive home a lingering happiness blooming in my heart. Call me wicked but I don't care. After years of competing with Hayes, I can't let him defeat me. I have sacrificed a lot to beat him, I won't sit by and watch him shine while everyone else sees me inferior. I should probably call an Uber, but I'm not that drunk, just buzzed enough to make bad decisions seem reasonable. By the time I pull into my building's parking garage, it's past midnight.
