For the next six months, Vincent traveled with me across much of the Aurellian continent.
I carried my sketchbook everywhere we went, drawing every city, every street, every view that caught my eye.
Little by little, the colors in my work began to change. The dark grays and muted blues slowly disappeared, replaced by brighter, warmer shades full of life.
2 of my designs went on to win international awards. Before long, my name started gaining recognition in the industry.
Our final stop was Eirvik. That night, we stood together on a black sand beach, the ocean stretching endlessly before us.
Vincent came up behind me and gently wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Sharon, you've spent too much of your life facing everything alone. Will you let me spend the rest of it by your side?"
