Scarlett woke up feeling drained. It was as if as soon as she found out that she was pregnant, all the symptoms came tumbling down on her. She could only be thankful that nausea wasn't one of them.
She had promised herself that she would call Jacob to ask him to schedule the appointment for the DNA test. The only problem was, she didn't have his number. She was going to ask Tony for it, because she was determined to prove to him that it was his.
Scarlett didn't know what to think of her situation or what would happen when the baby was born. Would they even have a good co-parenting relationship? She hoped so, for the sake of their child. She would protect him or her from everyone. Even if it was from Jacob himself.
