After feeling buzzed enough to perform her routine, Scarlett started putting her outfit on. She had already done her makeup and hair, which were the most time-consuming part of the process.
Scarlett looked at herself in the body-length mirror. She was pleased with what she saw. Scarlett wasn't saying that she was perfect because she wasn't, but she was damn close to it. She could see the envious stares on some of her co-workers' faces. It was not her fault that God had made her that way.
She was in a white latex bodysuit that had spaghetti straps. Scarlett wore her white thigh-high latex platform shoes to match. She also had mini angel wings attached to the back of her outfit, not to mention her intricately designed white mask. It was a masquerade part after all.
Scarlett spun repeatedly, giving the jealous b*tches a view of her, then walked out into their waiting area. She sat and waited for instructions from Tony. He would normally notify her when it was time to go on stage.
She sat getting lost in her thoughts. Scarlett loved dancing, but one day, she would like to own a strip club of her own or own a chain of businesses. If her strip club business was successful, she would be a dancer in her club.
Scarlett was a twenty-six-six-year-old college graduate who majored in architecture. She had always loved visual and performing arts, which was where her love for dancing came from.
She had been thinking a lot lately. It was time that she designed her dream house. Scarlett had always envisioned what she wanted it to look like and now that she could make it a reality, she was going to do that. Besides, she had the skills and qualifications.
She was not planning on tearing down the house she lived in at the moment, but she was going to expand it since the land was hers. Whenever she started her plans of expanding her home, she had to find somewhere to stay temporarily, though that wasn't an issue, because Tony could hook her up.
Scarlett jumped when she felt a hand touch her shoulder. She wasn't paying any attention to her surroundings. She immediately looked up and saw Tony looking down at her with concern.
"You almost gave me a heart attack." She said, holding her chest as if it would calm her racing heart.
"I called you multiple times but you didn't respond. Are you OK?" Tony asked.
"I'm good. I was just thinking about something. I didn't know I would have zoned out." Scarlett replied.
"You know you can tell me if something is wrong, right?"
"I know, but nothing is wrong." Scarlett said as Tony assisted her with standing up in her killer heels.
"Good. Now get your a*s focussed so you can wow them into spending all they have." Tony joked.
"Don't I always do that?" She asked with knitted brows.
"Right. Good point. You look good, by the way." Tony said, eyeing Scarlett's outfit. He stopped trying to get into her bed, but that didn't mean he was blind. Scarlett was a very attractive woman and even a blind man could see.
"Thank you."
Scarlett rolled her eyes and walked away from Tony. She took a few deep breaths to compose herself, then confidently walked on stage on cue as she had always done. A full house fell silent upon her arrival. That was no surprise to her. She had to be as confident as they saw her, though her nerves got the best of her sometimes.
Scarlett walked to the center of the stage and bent over slowly, rubbing her thighs as she slid her arms down to her toes, then came back up as slowly as she did before. She caressed her body, starting from her breasts down her abdomen. She squatted as she slid her hands between her legs, blocking everyone from seeing the prize.
Scarlet stood and seductively walked to the pole situated in the middle of the stage. She jumped, holding on to it with her right arm. She hooked the back of her right foot around the pole and used the momentum to spin herself.
After spinning a few times, Scarlett landed on her feet, then danced around the pole. She held on with her back facing the pole, as she put both hands over her head, swinging her body upside down, then slowly crawled to the floor while still upside down.
She crawled on her knees to the edge of the stage, then rolled on her back and opened her legs, giving them a view of what they all wanted but couldn't have.
Everyone was mesmerized. Even Tony, who sat up front at one of the tables for the bigshots. His eyes were twinkling and his mouth was open. If Scarlett wasn't trying so hard to focus on not messing up, she would have laughed at the expression on Tony's face.
Scarlett went on her knees and started twerking, earning whistles from somewhere in the crowd. She faced the crowd and took her stance, widening her legs while she ripped the almost invisible snap button tape on the front of her outfit, almost showing her n*pples.
Scarlett could see all the men shifting in their seats. Even women too. She played with her firm breasts as the crowd watched. Scarlet tipped one shoulder of the outfit, then the other, pulling her bodysuit down to reveal the pasties she had on. She smiled when she heard groans of disappointment from the audience.
Yes, she was a stripper. But that didn't mean she was going to show everything. She had to leave some things secret for her husband. Whenever she found him.
Scarlett finished by completely removing the bodysuit, showing her plump a*s in the g-string she was wearing, which barely covered anything. The audience burst into a round of applause as Scarlett sexily walked backstage giving them one last glance and blowing a kiss at them.
Scarlett immediately went to the lounge to drink a bottle of water. She was thirsty as hell, but it was all worth it. She hoped that her routine was enough to let the men dip into their pockets more than they had planned.
She was all for charity, and so, she donated a portion of her money, anonymously. She decided to remain unknown because she didn't want any credit for doing something good. She was doing it out of the kindness of her heart and didn't need any praise for doing what everyone should be thinking of doing.
She had never been in need growing up, but when her parents had cut her off because she chose to dance, she had been down for a short period and it didn't feel good. Not knowing where your next meal will come from is a scary thing and Scarlett didn't wish that upon her worst enemy.
Scarlett sighed. She went to the locker room because she was in dire need of a shower. Since she had finished her performance for the night, she decided to join the fun outside shortly.
She peeled the pasties off her n*pples and rid herself of her g-string underwear. Scarlett reveled in the feeling of the hot water cascading down her body. It always made her content.
After washing the sweat from her body, Scarlett got dressed in a body-hugging, low-cut white dress, with a high split up her thigh. She added her silver nude heels and silver earrings. She did not love jewelry, but it matched well with what she wore.
Scarlett was going to change her mask because people might recognize her. But she changed her mind because they might recognize her by her body anyway.
She walked out into the party and fit right in like she was one of the donators. Technically, she was, because she also donated money to their charity.
Scarlett took a seat at the bar and ordered a margarita. Only one would do since she was driving herself home. She slowly sipped it while she enjoyed her own company. Nothing is more fulfilling than being happy within yourself.
This was something she had always enjoyed since her high school days. She was a loner and she loved living her life that way. The fewer friends she had, the less trouble she would get into.
Scarlett also didn't need a man to make her happy, because she could do that herself. If she wanted the world, she had enough money saved to buy it for herself. But, she would love to be married one day. She would like to find someone who did not judge her based on her profession; someone who would love her wholeheartedly.
She turned so that her back was facing the bar. Scarlett watched as the other dancers did their performances and then left the stage. She scoffed. They had so much work done on their bodies that it was ridiculous.
She did not think she was the best among them, but it was ironic how she had been the last person to be employed there but outdid their mediocre performance.
Scarlett looked around the club because she felt like she was being watched. She was used to people looking at her, but it felt different at that time. When she didn't see anyone, Scarlett decided to leave. She had already had her fill of the night. A warm bath would do her well before she went to bed.
She left the club in her newly bought Jeep, courtesy of Tony. Scarlett had a love for the brand and nothing could change her mind. She easily maneuvered the car to her house, where she did what she had already planned to do. Scarlett fell asleep in the comfort of her warm bed, ready to face the coming day and whatever it brought with it..
