Megan almost told the truth, but she didn't want to complain about the current state. If everyone thought Sherlyn was Zack's, Stacy would stop harming the baby.
But the baby's father was sitting right next to her. Megan knew she should ask him for help. Sherlyn had his blood after all.

She knew Ivan hated lies. She had lied too much to him. If he found out the truth, he would resent her even more. He might even start to hate Sherlyn.
Megan lowered her gaze, not saying anything anymore. When they went back to the suite, she just locked herself in her room.
