Stephanie lay in her bed staring at the glow of the clock projecting the time on the ceiling. She"d been here almost two hours and hadn"t had a wink of sleep. Telling her parents why a police car had followed her into the yard hadn"t been fun, but they"d taken it better than she"d expected.
