'WE DID NOT just stop in Batangas. After we saw Taal Volcano and ate bilalooh, or bulalo as Jacob said it, we drove to Quezon. I wanted to taste their Lokh-benh noodles and ordered, but Jacob corrected me again and said it was Lucban noodles. He was a little surprised because I had a hard time pronouncing the names of the food. Well, I couldn't just say it like a local— because I'm not. So I just shrugged my shoulders and pretended whatever. Various foods are always in the commercials of a particular Filipino channel back in Spain, so I made a mental note. One thing for sure is that Filipino dishes are very delicious.
