PROLOGUE “I'VE had enough of the way I have had to live for the past few years!” Liberty exclaimed. “You're never home. Oh, yes, you always have excellent reasons for having to break dates, change arrangements, but what it comes down to is that I live in the same country and you live in London, and we never see each other,” sigaw ni Liberty. She had enough, punong puno na siya sa estado ng buhay nilang mag asawa, kaylangan na niyang sirain ang hobby ng asawa.. dahil kung hindi siya ang masisira. She couldn't take her phony marriage any longer! The tenth wedding anniversary of Liberty and Meir became a day of reckoning. To the outside world, she appeared to have it all: a handsome, successful husband, a healthy son, and a lovely country home. But Matt lived for his job and, Liberty suspected he’s attracted to his secretary. She couldn't keep drifting any longer, she had to take matters into her own hands, But how would Matt respond if he realized he was about to lose her? And what was she truely desire? Meir's frown cut deep lines in his forehead, his grey eyes was looking at very hard. “So you found Matt for company, is that what you're saying?” Timping sabi ni Meir sakanya habang nag tatakang galit sa nakatingin sa mata niya. Napadulat siya saka nag buntong hininga. “I'm not having an affair! Will you leave matt out of this?" aniya dito, he suspects her to cheat on him? Then why the hell is she still staying here at his house? “How can I do that, for heaven's sake Meir?” she said frustratedly.  “I always knew Matt fancied you, but I'd have sworn Matt was too decent to make a play for you behind my back," ani ni Meir sakanya habang kita ang galit sa panga nito at mata. Napaupo si Liberty sa sofa na malapit sakanya saka hinilot ang sintido kumon. “Matt hasn't done anything of the kind! When you didn't show up last weekend, I decided I had to get away. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that our marriage hadn't been a real one for years. I was just part of your window-dressing-like Lambourne. Well, I've made up my mind. I want a life of my own, I want to live it in London, and I want a job as interesting and absorbing as yours!” Aniya dito.  She really had enough, neglecting her as his wife is heartbreaking for her, she insist that she’s okay with it but no, she needs to be loved by her husband, by Meir. Meir is thinking too far, she loves Meir and the reason for her for wanting to divorce him is that she thought he don’t feel the same way, he forgot to cherish her and only had a focus on the future and it means that for her to have Meir stay and cherish her is to endure and stay as a    WIFE, then it’s a no, because she might want to have to stay here, where felt more alive and living without depending on her husband’s money and wealth. This will be a very hard life
