Jericho saw the two operatives retreat to cover and saw his chance to move.
Making a dash for the Raptor, he shouted for the missiles to be gathered up from where the hostages had dropped them. He didn’t want to leave a single warhead behind and, as long as the two attackers were being pinned down, he saw no reason why it couldn’t be carried out.
The hostages had disappeared though, taking their chance to escape when the shooting started and their captors made a dash for the ship. This meant Jericho’s men had to come back out and pick up the remaining warheads.
Jericho stood in the open, screaming at them to come out when he saw Black, his second in command, in the doorway of the Raptor looking at him. His expression changed, his eyes and mouth opened wide as he screamed something back
