NATALIE'S APARTMENT
"How long is her recovery going to take? Do you think she's awake?" Natalie quizzed.
"Are you honestly worried about her?"
"Of course not, I just don't want someone to kind of die on me."
"What do you mean? No one is dieing on you? You didn't push anyone. She did that all on her own. There are several witnesses to that."
"We both know why she did that though, if you had chosen to get away with her, maybe this wouldn't have happened?"
"So you're saying it's my fault. You would rather I didn't pick you?"
"That's not what I meant."
"Then, what do you mean? Because I really don't get why you are upset at me."
Why was she even upset? This man had chosen her and was willing to leave the person he married behind. Was she having a soft spot? N
