As a result of the attitude of the prince whenever the topic of marriage is mentioned, the king and his wife decided not to bring up the topic anymore.
Flashback
"Our king, what solution is the seer talking about? May we be briefed a little on it?" One of the elders asked.
"My elders it's still on the topic of marriage. I recently discussed it with the prince but he didn't take it seriously. He was totally against it. He claimed not to be ready."
"If that is the case I suggest you let him be for now. When the need arises, he will get married."
"That's right. Let's not rush him your majesty. What do you say my fellow elders?"

"My king! Why do you even want him to be prepared when you are still alive? Don't tell me you want to leave me alone in this world! Are you hiding something from me?"
"What are you saying my wife? I am not keeping anything from you. I just want him to be prepared in case something unforeseen happens. Is it wrong for me to get him prepared?"
"No my king. You are right. He has to be prepared."
