They were stopped at the door by an armed guard. Cassandra flashed her credentials, as did her assistant. After a cursory Q&A, they were let in. ‘We won’t be long,’ she said in a calm and professional manner. ‘Ten minutes, max.’ They drew the curtain around the patient’s bed. Henry was sleeping.
