SOMEWHERE IN A DESERTED LOCATION, pilots from the joint exercise were being tormented by OPFOR simulating capture by real enemies. They hadn’t had any sleep. Sleep deprivation being one of the key methods of torture. After their success in the Evasion stage, Andy and Banjo were now in the Resistance to Interrogation end of business. Since Friday night, they hadn’t a bite to eat. But mercifully, they’d been given water to drink. Throughout the nightmarish ordeal, they tried to take comfort in knowing they were precious to the Military. They were here for training purposes, not to be killed.
