Thea looked at Nick who was sitting in Pops’s normal place. His expression told her that he knew exactly what she was thinking. Pops had been alive the last time she had been at this table. “It was Christmas. I know that.” She shook her head. “I honestly don’t remember which one.” “It was three years ago. They went off for Christmas in London and you came here,” Daniel said, meaning their parents. “Yes.” Thea nodded. “That’s right. I actually spent the weekend here.
