“Beth!” Claire glared at Beth. Her beautiful face was twisted because of anger. Beth cleared her throat and said, “Mrs. Curtis, keep your voice down.” “Shut the f**k up! b***h! What did you do?” Claire pointed at her and cursed, “I know you are bitchy. You didn’t mean to help Lily. What did you do?” Beth looked behind Claire. Vincent was standing there. Standing on the stairs, Vincent was astonished by what he saw. Claire was always gentle, sweet, and soft before him. He had never seen her yell and curse like this. “Mrs. Curtis, I don’t know what you are talking about.” Beth snorted. “You asked me to call Michael, and I did. You forced me to stay here, and I stayed. I sat here for two hours being watched by you like a prisoner. Have I complained about that? I did everything you said.
