Mindy was stunned. She had thrown Beth’s paper. It was impossible for her to get it back.
“You are wasting our time,” Mindy said angrily, “Beth, please leave now. Our class must go on now. You can talk with me after class.”
“Yes. Just leave!” Lily was elated. She said with a smile. “We all know you are not good at studying. Please leave so that we can continue our class. Time is precious.”
“Yes! It is still an unfinished paper if you get it back. Go away!”
Those students close to Lily also shouted.
Hearing their voices, Beth was not panicked. She turned to Joey and asked, “Is this supervisors’ decision too?”
