The clearing pulsed with an energy I'd never felt before. My words hung in the air, heavy with promise and power. "I, Emily Blackwood, accept you, LEO, LOGAN, AND LUCA as my mates."
The moment the vow left my lips, a surge of warmth flooded through me, radiating outward like liquid moonlight. I gasped, overwhelmed by the intensity of it all. The triplets' bodies began to glow with a soft, silvery light.
"Emily," Leo's voice, weak but filled with awe, reached me first. His golden eyes, previously glazed with pain, now shone with newfound clarity. "Baby, what did you do?"
I knelt beside him, my heart racing. "I accepted our mate bond. Fully. I hope that what you want... too. So, how do you feel?" I'm pretty sure I blushed, but I decided to pretend not to know about it.
