The doctor said ,"Mr.Ryan the thing is..." Before doctor could speak anything Olivia entered the doctor's room.Doctor told her to sit beside Ryan. After she sat down. The doctor continued,"As I was saying, Ms.Olivia Bennett is diagnosed with heart disease known as Mitral valve prolapse. This condition is not so serious but if not taken care of properly, it can be serious and can cause fatigue, palpitations and shortness of breath. Urgent treatment and care is needed. She also needs complete rest." Olivia asked the doctor, "Can't it be avoided by taking some medications".The doctor said,"No,Mrs Olivia this condition is very serious and don't take it so lightly,it can be fatal."

Ryan asked Olivia, "Hey!Why are you so careless? Why do you think you can avoid it? Does it not matter to you even if this disease takes away your life?" Olivia ignored Ryan and asked the doctor,"If it's serious I have to undergo surgery, right? So how much will the surgery cost?"Doctor said ,"Yes you have to do surgery but before it we will prescribe you with some medicine. The cost of the surgery will be around 30-45 grand( $30,000-45,000)plus the aftercare and stay will need to be paid for separately.”

Olivia started to bite her nails,her heart pounding hard this time not because of the disease but because of the cost. She knew that it was even more than her home bills,even if she sold her house it won't be enough.She told," Can it be cheaper?"The doctor said," No, I am afraid that is not possible. "As soon as doctor said this Ryan said,"Doctor,you don't have to worry about money,you just start the treatment.Olivia said,"No,you can't start it. How will I pay for it?" Ryan told her, "I am going to pay for your hospital bills and don't say no. I know you can't afford it." Olivia was very ashamed. She whispered in Ryan's ears, "

After reaching exhaustion caught up and she slept dor 5 hours. But she couldn't rest easy as she kept thanking that Ryan would tell everyone about her job, disease, orphanage everything.

So, the next day, she was surprised when no one in class knew anything. Ryan entered classroom and sat down beside her, she had not forgotten about his status and bowed in front of him,"I am really sorry for challenging you. I didn't know who you were. I will try not to commit any mistake from now on and this is the shirt which I spoiled yesterday. I couldn't buy the expensive one, so i just dry cleaned it and it's as good as new."
