Chapter 4: REALITY

My eyelid seems heavy while I try to open my eyes, I must be waking up from that terrible dream, oh Michelle which type thought do you have before sleeping to have such a dream

I stretch my hand, then my legs, hmmmm…..I hummed, the dream is scary but yeah I sure sleep sound, I can feel the fatigue wearing off of me, finally I open my eyes to a room, this room is ten times bigger than my room

Then the occurrence of the day before came back to me, my friends finding out about me and mom telling me to pack that we are moving again, maybe I slept off in the car and this is our new place

Sweet mom she gets me a nice big room, still feeling happy I roll to the other side of the bed ready to take another long nap before mom come waking up and giving me rules on what not to do so I won’t be caught and then we have to move again

I smiled to myself closing my eyes

With the way you are rolling on the bed and smiling to yourself, you must be back to your normal self, see I told you ladies she’s fine and it nothing to worry about , I heard a girl voiced out from above me

I turned laying on my back to see three pair of eyes staring back at me, one cold, the other has no emotion in it and the last with concern written on them

I shot up in bed as the whole thing that happened right from my house to the forest, the academy and the girls, came crashing on me, oh my my, it not a dream.

An hour ago

Lady Orious, lady Orious, Flora called lifting Niche up a little with her head on her lap and the other two girls bending beside her on the floor

We need to inform Madam Susana, Flora said

Why, the red hair girl ask

We shouldn’t get into trouble on our first day, I do not want to be expelled she answered

she’s fine, the red hair girl said

And how do you know that, the black hair girl ask

She’s breathing perfectly well, I can hear the rhythm of her heart, she’s just asleep right now

Oh I see vampire ability huh, the black hair girl said standing to her feet, we should put her on the bed then we don’t want her getting cold on the floor like someone, she’s only human her health might deteriorate

Yes you are right, we should and wait till she wakes up, Flora agreed and they all carried her to the bed

The Present

I guess I didn’t faint then, where are we and what is this place, I ask for the first time since it glaring that this is not a dream

I guess you are not only human but dumb too huh, or deaf, the red hair girl answered, this is Cloxora north academy

I know, but what is Cloxora north academy and why am I here

The red hair girl grew frustrated at my questions

I do not have the luxury to answer your questions but I can only tell you one thing, the fact that you are here is not a mistake or a coincidence, though you look human like I said but you don’t smell like one, the red hair girl answered

Then what am I, I ask again

It is left to you to figure that out, the black hair girl replied before going to the second bed to lie down

And what do you think you are doing, the red hair girl ask coldly

Sleeping, she reply

No way, that’s not possible am not sharing the same bed with you, go and join the unknown, the red hair girl said pointing to me

Am taking this bed, if it displeases you, then you can go meet the human or whatever she is, I like to sleep by the window

The two girls glared at each other

Ladies, Flora said calling their attention, I believe it only proper that if we are going to share the room we should first introduce ourselves so that we can address each other in a proper manner and come to a suitable agreement that will please all of us on the sleeping arrangements

This girl Flora will be a good leader she’s so reserved, composed, I think I like her , she looks like she’s human too, I mean there’s no unusual thing about her appearance her eyes and hairs are normal.

More normal than I am I bet she will freak out if she sees my eyes

Shall we she said breaking the silence , am Lady Flora of the Casias 53rd descendants and this is Lady Michelle of the Oriou’s the last descendants she points to me as she introduce us

Am Lady Ariana of the Lucan’s the 333rd descendants, the red hair girl introduce herself

Am Catalina of the great Haran’s the last descendants, the black hair girl said lastly

It nice to meet you Lady Ariana and Lady Catalina, Flora greets

it my honors the two ladies reply

They all look at me when I don’t sat anything especially Flora

It nice meeting you guys too I said

I guess she’s from the other world with her language, Catalina said

What’s wrong with my language, we both speaks English

About the sleeping arrangements, Catalina said, I can only sleep on this bed

And why is that, Ariana ask

Because the west wind do well in helping my powers rather than the east wind

Why, it Flora who is curious this time around

Because the demons who feeds on our power lives in the East wind I can only sleep on the East side when am strong enough to channel my power, she explained

Now, that’s a reason good enough , shall we listen to your own reason lady Ariana, Flora ask

Nothing in particular I just like this side, she answered

Ok if u like the bed, you should be willing to share it with her

I don’t want a witch casting a spell on me while am asleep because she does not want to share a room with a blood sucking thing

Oh I see, what do you have to say to that , Flora ask facing Catalina

I can’t promise I won’t, what if she tries to suck my blood

You know she can not do that right, Flora ask, there are rules guiding them, they only feeds on the blood of an animal

Whatever am not sharing with her

Okay how about you share the bed with Lady Orious and I will share with Lady Catalina

Oh my God, no no no, I can’t share a bed with a vampire?!, Unless you want to kill me I mentally shouts

We don’t want the human or the unknown freak out, she fainted when I show her my fangs earlier

Thank you Catalina, I really appreciate it, I said inwardly releasing the breadth I didn’t realize I was holding

This is the final solution, Lady Orious will share the bed with Lady Ariana and I will share with Lady Catalina

We all nod our head and agree with her when a knock came on the door

Ariana went to get the door, and a young woman in a suite ask us to come out to the main building.
