He’s Mom’s fiancé?
“Andrea, this is Eric. Eric, this is my beautiful daughter, Andrea.”
Eric was dumbfounded, but he had quickly recovered.
“I’m sorry, I was… starstruck for a moment there. I thought I was seeing a celebrity.” I inwardly rolled my eyes. “Your daughter looks lovely just like you, Diane.”
“Of course. Good genes run in the family.” Mom said as she held hands with Eric.
“Uhm. It’s nice meeting you finally, Andrea.” He held out his hand for a shake, but I did not take it. I saw Mom giving me a pleading look, but I did not budge. So, Eric slowly withdrew his hand as he and Mom exchanged worried looks.
Eric was handsomely-dressed in a striped light blue button-down shirt with navy blue jacket and pants. He still looks gorgeous, and even more appealing to my eyes.
