When I first saw her, I nearly choked. Evly. But she couldn't be. My best friend's little sister died 24 years ago, during the last Downfall. It can't be her! As much as you wish, the dead can't be resurrected! Get a grip, Telek! For a moment, I forgot the reason why I was standing in the office. Then I remembered. Forcefully, I concentrated on the reason why I came in the first place. "Right. Er..... I'm here to get my uniform." As I said that, I had to put a lot of effort into keeping my eyes from going to her chest because she apparently had gotten distracted by me coming in and she forgot to button her shirt up all the way, exposing some of her cleavage. As she consulted her chart, she pulled all of her long silver locks over one shoulder so her hair shadowed her face. "Name?" "Telek Martyr." "Adult Large....Adult large... " she muttered under her breath when she ducked under the desk. I heard a lot of rummaging and swearing for a couple minutes and then she came up with her hair messed up, glasses askew, and looking disgruntled. Evlyana handed me a folded pile a of clothes and jerked her thumb toward the end of the hall. "Bathroom's down there. " When I was half way down the hall, I heard her shrieking at someone, asking why the hell would they have a sucker punch machine and a gazillion screwdrivers with the heads facing up under the secretary's desk. The poor little thing was probably Kathy.
