By the time we got to the storage bay the stolen parts had been removed from the shuttle. Knowing they would be moving quickly to try and find a way off the station, we went directly to the chief engineers control room on deck 29. Three lower-level engineering crewmen were manning post in the room that monitored the key power and defensive sections of the station. The moment we walked in the three got to their feet and stood at attention.
“As you were," Mitchell ordered as she headed directly to a vacant workstation. “Do what you need to do," she said to me as I stepped in front of her and took a seat at the station.
