Another week has passed without a word from Ava. Jade hasn’t mentioned anything from her through their connection, whatever that might be. She still hasn’t told me how they talk to each other yet, which is driving me crazy. Speaking of being driven crazy. Melanie and her friend Lacey have been coming over every day trying to find an excuse to talk to me. Lacey is always trying to be here when Chase is here which pisses Jade off. The only time it’s fun when they’re here is when Jade tells them to get the hell out.
“Melanie you need to leave! James isn’t interested!” I heard Jade yelling down the hall and the sounds were getting closer.
“James will fall in love with me eventually Jade, get used to me being around.” I rolled my eyes at what Melanie said
