Caspian? I know who that man was!

Just by seeing him walk closer to the place I was tied, I managed to recollect all of those sweet memories we spent together before he ended up being a traitor.

He used to be my boyfriend. We dated back then in high school while I had Theodore as a bestie. I honestly thought he would become my mate someday but turned out he was a traitor. He was caught by Father when he tried to steal the wolf tooth. And as always, he denied attempting to steal it. Claiming he was framed.

I guess he's better off than Theodore.

"Long time no see, Theodore!" I could hear Caspian speaking to Theodore after glaring at me for what seemed like ages. "Everything seemed to have change in this pack. But I'm not interested in them! Instead, I had come here to purchase my Slave. I will do that and leave right away!"

"And who told you that you can buy Sai?" Theodore attacked Caspian with such harsh words. Even though I was weak, I could still see that HATRED for Caspian, in Theodore's eyes.

"It's of no use trying to speak with you, Caspian. Just get your ass off here the same way you came!"

As Theodore lashed out his anger on Caspian, he put his hands in his pocket and grinned at him.

Rumors has it that after he was exiled from our pack, his demon blood activated and became strong. so, he was able to build his own pack. But what is he doing here?

"I will just pretend like nothing happened just now, Theodore! Just take the goddamn money and hand that girl over to me!"

Theodore reached out for Caspian's shoulder, pulling his collar angrily. "I am the Alpha of this Pack, Caspian. And the said girl is my slave. I have the right to offer her to whoever I want but definitely not you, Caspian!"

"Even though she is a slave, I can't have her sold to a traitor like you. You're not just a traitor but a weak Demon. How can you even afford to take care of her...."

Caspian pushed Theodore's hand off his body. As Theodore fell to the other side, Caspian wanted to use his Demon teeth to attack him but held himself back.

What he hated the most is someone calling him a weakling. Especially calling his Demon ability FAKE.

"Don't think of messing with me, Theodore. I have what it takes to bring you and your whole pack down. The worst thing anyone can do is under rate the power of a Hybrid Alpha..."

"And do you think I don't have what it also take to kill you!" Theodore jumped up from his unstable posture, bringing out the sacred Wolf Tooth.

He pointed the wolf tooth at Caspian. "I have this! With just a stab, you will poisoned and that stupid Demon blood of yours can't cure you..."

"ENOUGH!" The greedy witch finally spoke up. "This is an auction which nobody is deprived of having any participation. That is to say that all the Alpha and Alpha Kings are entitled to buy this wretched woman. In that case, Caspian here is not limited to participating. If he wants to have Sai, he may go on. But that is if he has the cash..."

"You can't do that, Beatrice...."

"Of course, I can do that!" Beatrice said, cutting off Theodore's words. She walked out from her Magic box, walking closer to Theodore and Caspian.

"I understand how much you despise Caspian here. I as well, despise him so much. But I am sure you understand the amount of money at risk here! $10 billion! I can't risk that, and I'm sure you can't as well..."

Then she turned to me. "You can't have mercy on her. She is nothing but a cursed Wolfless fool! She doesn't matter so why are you fighting for her?"

At this point, Theodore shut his mouth.

I think the witch already has her way. This is the same method she use for my Dad and Father would always agree to whatever she says. And now, she used it on Theodore.

"I guess we're about to reach the end of this auction. The Demon wants to have our little princess at $10 billion. Is there anyone of you who objects to that?"

Everywhere was quiet. Nobody said a thing. As the entire background rained with silence, Caspian smiled.

"Okay then. The bidding has come to an end and Sai is now going to Alpha Caspian of Star Moon Pack at a bid of $100 Billion. Going once, going twice... Gone!" She said and immediately, the thorny whip came at my back again!

"ugggh!" I groaned once more. But this time around, as weak as ever.

"You're sold already, My dear lovely sister!" The whipper said, and that voice. It was familiar.

LOLA.

"I bet you would need this last whip from me, Sai. This should tell you that I hate you and also for stealing Theodore away from me..."

She said and raised her hand to flog me. I closed my eyes, so as not to feel the pain so much but surprisingly, the whip didn't land on my body.

It hung on the air. I managed to look up to see who had saved me.

Just then, I saw Caspian holding the thorny whip so tight! Blood puffed out from his hand but he didn't show if it was excruciating or not.

"She is now my property. I am the only person who is permitted to punish her, not you!"

He left the grip and rushed down to me. Seeing him, I couldn't control that smile coming out from my face.

"Cas...Cas... Caspian!" I muttered weakly. "You came!"

"I am here, Sai. And I have come to protect you! I will help you get back at them and make them suffer for all they have done, Okay?"
