When we were done we had to plate up three plates. The teacher had two other teachers come in to help her grade on taste and presentation.
So i plated up three plates of food and made it look really pretty and then i took the hershey bar and a grater and grated it over three plates. I then cut three pieces of cheesecake and put one on each plate.
When i was done i sat them on the end of the counter and then looked up at the teacher. When they were done with where they were at they came over to my station.
They all tried both plates and were writing things down on a clip board. They had a list of what each of us were given so that they could compare it to the meals that we fixed.
