My time on the island has been wonderful. I love getting to lie on the beach and go swimming. I've got an excellent tan going on, and it's all over my body for once. Before, I used to wear a one-piece that had an open back, but it covered up my stomach. Now I can wear two-piece suits, and I've finally got a really good tan on my body.
After I worked on my plans for the center, I went down to the beach and laid out on a beach chair until Marcello could join me. I was never alone, I always had a guard following me around while I was outside. I also learned that Dad had cameras all over the island so that he could keep an eye on it when he wasn't there. But even though I always had a guard with me, I wasn't allowed to swim alone.
